Terms & Refund Policy

Last updated: 27 October 2026

Digital products

All Mintora products are digital downloads (PDF files). No physical item is shipped. Purchases are completed on Etsy and are also subject to Etsy's terms.

License

• Personal use: print and use the files as many times as you like for yourself and your household.
• You may not resell, share, redistribute or claim the files as your own, in original or modified form.
• All designs remain the property of Mintora Digital Studio.

Refunds

Because files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, digital downloads are not refundable. If a file is damaged, missing or does not print correctly, message us through Etsy and we will fix or replace it quickly.

Printing

Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen and printer. For best results print at 100% scale ("Actual size").
